Yes. Every JADH saree is handwoven by skilled artisans using traditional looms, ensuring authenticity, character, and individuality in each piece.

Each handloom saree is unique. Minor variations in weave, texture, or colour are natural and celebrated as marks of true craftsmanship.

We primarily use silk, cotton, khadi, linen, and their blends—chosen for comfort, longevity, and elegant drape.

Yes. All sarees include an unstitched blouse piece unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

Standard length is 5.5 meters, with an additional blouse piece. Width typically ranges between 45–48 inches.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Handwoven or made-to-order pieces may take longer, which will be clearly communicated.

Yes, we ship across India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

As our sarees are handwoven and often made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will assess and arrange a replacement or resolution.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before the weaving or dispatch process begins.

We recommend dry cleaning only, especially for silk and handloom sarees, to maintain colour and texture.

Slight colour bleeding during the first wash is natural in handloom textiles. Always dry clean and avoid soaking.

For office wear, we recommend a clean Nivi drape with crisp pleats, minimal accessories, and a well-fitted blouse for ease and confidence.

At the moment, we do not offer customisation. Each design is thoughtfully curated as part of a limited collection.
