Return & Shipping Policy

 

JADH strives to ensure that every purchase made through our website is a considered and seamless experience. Each product is crafted with care using traditional techniques, and stringent quality checks are followed prior to dispatch.

 


 

Domestic & International Orders

Returns and exchanges are permitted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered does not match the item mentioned in the order confirmation, or

  • The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect

In such cases, upon verification, JADH will offer a replacement with the same product or a similar product of equivalent value, subject to availability.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and JADH reserves sole discretion in determining the appropriate resolution.

 


 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Customer preference regarding colour, texture, weave, or finish

  • Minor variations inherent to handcrafted or handwoven products

  • Incorrect size, quantity, or product selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after order placement

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, descriptions, colours, sizes, and quantities before placing an order.

 


 

Delivery & Shipping Exceptions

No refunds or exchanges will be provided if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer

  • There are multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

  • The package is refused by the recipient

Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical store or exhibition space.

 


 

Sale & Discounted Products

All products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

Damaged Shipments

Before accepting delivery, customers are requested to ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with.

If the package appears damaged:

  • Retain the original packaging, tags, invoices, and labels

  • Mention details of the damage on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as “received”

This is mandatory for insurance and verification purposes.

 


 

Reporting a Return or Exchange Request

To report a wrong delivery or a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be required to share:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Delivery address

  • Clear images or video of the product highlighting the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
