JADH operates through its official website and select physical retail and exhibition spaces in India.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed on the JADH website cannot be cancelled.
No reversal of payment, issuance of credit notes, gift cards, or promotional codes shall be made against any request for cancellation after an order has been confirmed.
